Ein weiterer neuer Artikel aus der Link-Triad Line aus Guangxi. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine bunte Batterie mit gepressten Schweifaufstiegen, die ger\u00e4uscharm Sterne mit Eigenantrieb aussto\u00dfen, welche am Himmel in verschiedene Richtungen abbiegen. Diese sind sehr aufwendig in der Herstellung - zuerst werden Zylindersterne mit Loch gepresst, in dieses Loch wird dann mit Schwarzpulverleim eine kleine Stoppine eingeklebt, und dann wird ein Klebeband um den Stern gewickelt und auf einer Seite zugefaltet, so dass der Stern nurnoch von einer Seite Feuer fangen kann. Dies geschieht alles in Handarbeit, ein Arbeiter schafft gerademal ca. 5kg Sterne Pro Tag so zu bearbeiten. Dann werden 2 Lagen a 4 St\u00fcck dieser Sterne in eine 30mm Bombette gef\u00fcllt, wof\u00fcr immer 4 Sterne nebeneinander in die H\u00fclse gequetscht werden, und dann mit einem Holzstock nach unten gedru\u00fcckt werden, dann kommt das n\u00e4chste 4er B\u00fcndel, dann Schwarzpulver, und die Bombette wird verschlossen. Hierdurch ist auch dieser Artikel nicht billig, ich finde den Effekt jedoch pers\u00f6nlich sehr beeindruckend und speziell. Im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Python-Varianten hatten wir hier das Problem, dass die H\u00fclsen etwas h\u00e4rter waren, wodurch zwar die Schweifaufstiege stabiler gepresst werden konnten, die Zerleger jedoch zu kr\u00e4ftig wurden, wodurch die Sterne eine zu starke Beschleunigung hatten und kaum mehr abgebogen sind. Wir haben deshalb den Schwarzpulverzerleger hier so angepasst, dass die Sterne nurnoch ausgeworfen werden, wodurch der Effekt noch ger\u00e4usch\u00e4rmer ist. In Zukunft werden wir allerdings wieder zu einer leichten Zerlegung zur\u00fcckkehren, da hierdurch die Sterne besser verteilt werden.Der Effekt sticht aber auch so hervor, da er im Batteriesegment meines Wissens nach einzigartig ist, und sonst nur in Kugelbomben zum Einsatz kommt.Allerdings ist das ganze halt sehr speziell und extrem teuer, wodurch es wohl nur etwas ist als spezieller Effekt f\u00fcr ger\u00e4uscharme Shows, und f\u00fcr Leute wie mich die so ungew\u00f6hnliche Effekte einfach total genial finden ;) Entspechend haben wir auch nur eine \u00fcberschaubare Menge produziert. Es w\u00e4re aber doch langweilig, wenn jeder Artikel den man macht immer die gleichen Effekte h\u00e4tte, und jeder Verbund gleich aussehen w\u00fcrde - st\u00e4ndig alten Wein in neuen Schl\u00e4uchen anzupreisen \u00fcberlassen wir anderen.Die Python-Serie ist jedenfalls nur ein kleiner Vorgeschmack auf viele ungew\u00f6hnliche Effekte, die geplant sind, und hoffentlich in naher Zukunft umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Another new item from the Link-Triad Line from Guangxi. This is a colorful battery with pressed tails which burst relatively quietly into self-propelled stars that turn in different directions in the sky. These are very complex to produce - first cylinder stars with a hole are pressed, a small stoppin is then glued into this hole using black powder glue, and then an adhesive tape is wrapped around the star and folded on one side so that the star only has one side can catch fire. This is all done by hand; one worker can only process around 5kg of stars per day. Then 2 layers of 4 of these stars are filled into a 30mm bombette, for which 4 stars are squeezed next to each other into the tube, and then pressed down with a wooden stick, then comes the next bundle of 4, then black powder, and the tube is closed. In contrast to the previous Python variants, we had the problem that the tubes were a bit harder, which meant that the tails could be pressed more stable, but the bursts got too powerful, which meant that the stars had too much acceleration and hardly moved in the sky any more. We have therefore adapted the black powder burst here in a way that the stars are only ejected, which makes the effect even quieter. In the future, however, we will go back to a light breaker, as this spreads the stars better.The effect also stands out because, as far as I know, it is unique in the battery segment and is otherwise only used in display shells.However, the whole thing is very special and extremely expensive, and accordingly, we only produced a manageable amount.
